Music is uniquely powerful in its ability to affect our mood.
It can not only lift the spirits but music has also been shown to enhance athletic performance, promote a state of flow, alleviate stress and anxiety, and even accelerate healing.
I use music as a tool for different things, for example, before I do any LIVE appearances on social media, I listen to music, I listen to music that boosts my mood and gets me energized.
