My First Journal

My first produced journal and it’s on Amazon. I’m super excited and proud of this accomplishment.

Let me give you a bit of a backstory on this project. So, I made the decision in February that, come hell or high water, I will be releasing something from my idea pile for my 5th year in business anniversary.

I got up early one Saturday morning, got myself ready, had a wonderful filling breakfast and got started on my project. You should note that I hadn’t a clue how to publish anything on Amazon, so the day, involved doing research while designing my project.

I had to research size, how to structure the inside book, the number of pages, making sure the design is suitable and formatting is spot on for printing. I started around 9:30 am and my project was completed and uploaded on Amazon at 11:00 pm that night…yes there were a few hiccups along the way, had to make some changes and adjustments, but I did it all in one day.

This is another one of those projects that showed me that I can do anything that I put my mind to. I was determined to get this Journal out there before my business anniversary and my first event on February 25th 2023.

I challenged perfectionism, fear and procrastination all in one day and birthed Dare to Dream: Boss Lady Dream Blueprint Journal.

This Journal was created to help Boss Ladies like you to manifest your dreams into a big vision and create smart goals to make that vision come to life. It also contains motivational quotes and affirmations to help you stay motivated during the process.

Ladies, I’m here to tell you, don’t let fear of failure and perfectionism keep you from making moves in your business and personal life. You have to tell yourself I am determined to get this done and take the first step, make the move, make the adjustments along the way, and just do the thing! Whatever it may be.

As I stated at the beginning of the year, my focus word for this year is Release and I will be releasing projects, ideas and fears this year and you can too.

I hope this post motivates you to step out of your comfort zone and do something you’ve always wanted to do or you’ve put on the backburner for a while. If I can do it, you can do it too.
